There is nothing to value about this board

For those of us who live in Suntree, we can say the grass is always greener on the other side.  Because the grass is always greener on any side of this community. 

After 30 years, you would think growing the grass in here would be down to a fine art.  For the previous landscaping company a few minor kinks needed to be worked out, but it was almost perfected.  The current landscaping company is the worst.  I say this, with the belief that they are telling the board what needs to be done and guaranteeing results. 
Wake up and get a clue.  Get Scottsdale Fine back and remove the landscape director.  Actually, remove the entire board; they all see the condition of the lawns and nobody is doing anything.  It isn't just one persons responsibility it is the responsibility of the whole board. 

 I estimate that about 40% of our dues goes to landscaping and we aren't getting any value for those dollars!  At this rate the streets will soon look just as bad if not worse than the grass.   Just stop watering, mowing, and trimming the landscaping, if you are going to allow it to look like this.  This board should be ashamed and embarrassed by how awful this community looks.
