What would make an HOA think they would not have to comply with the disabilities act?
Bill would make homeowners associations comply with disabilities act Local News Kentucky.com
A place where Arizona HOA board members & owners can voice opinions, solutions, recommendations, & seek advice on anything HOA related. Your voice is a powerful tool. You only hurt yourself by not using it. With no system of checks & balances within HOA Boards, pointing out how thier actions effect us is the only way to fix it. Great! Talk about KY but say nothing about the 16 important Arizona bills, like those holding board members personally liable,or restrictions on the election procedures for owner protection, or reminding HOAs that public government controls public streets.
How about some news??
This isn't a news blog however, if I find something interesting I will post it. I'm not pressuring readers into filing suit to change things. And the problem with legistlation is that it means nothing in contract law. When the attorney general does nothing to fine or punish boards for not following the laws it means nothing. There are better ways than going to court. I'd rather find a quick and easy solution than a costly one.
It is interesting you only picked on the KY article but not the huge huge scam that has lawyers, homeowners, prop. managers, board members, etc. being prosecuted by the US Attorney General.
Thank you for visiting.
