A place where Arizona HOA board members & owners can voice opinions, solutions, recommendations, & seek advice on anything HOA related. Your voice is a powerful tool. You only hurt yourself by not using it. With no system of checks & balances within HOA Boards, pointing out how thier actions effect us is the only way to fix it.

I agree with you Jack. Especially, when many property managers have admitted to aligning themselves with certain board members to get others to quit or forced off. This is a way of fixing the board so they have the same ideas, views, and wants as the property manager does. It's just done after the elections (loophole). This makes for a them against the rest of us situation.
